Ben Heinrich, Realtor and CEO Ben has been active in real estate since 1976, serving as the Carmel Board President in 1987, 1988, and since 1991 has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors. In 1998, Ben was President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors. He owned his own real estate company, Ben Heinrich Real Estate, for 20 years before it was purchased by Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in 2002. Over his many years in real estate, Ben has developed great knowledge and experience with all types real estate transactions and investments. Ben lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Carole. Outside of his busy professional life, Ben is an avid golfer, and enjoys growing roses, reading, flying, white-water rapids and fly fishing. |

Prior to becoming a licensed California real estate agent & mortgage broker in 1990, Carole was a stockbroker where she earned her designation as a certified financial planner. Extensive knowledge of financial services is just one unique characteristic that makes Carole an asset to any client. With her husband Ben, she owned and worked for Ben Heinrich Real Estate, before joining Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in 2002. Carole lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Ben. She loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker. She also enjoys walking Summer, the family's Golden Retriever, and Biscuit, the family's Pug. |

Grant Heinrich, Realtor, CIO and COO Grant is the Heinrich Team's most technically savvy member. He brings a wealth of business experience to the team, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith school of business. Grant acts as Chief Information Officer, creating the vision to leverage information technology to competitive advantage. He also provides strategic and operational direction. Grant and his wife, Kelly, are raising their 2 children, Dylan and Ava, in our nation's capital, Washington, D.C.. He enjoys playing golf, and watching Formula 1 racing. |

He is the founder of Big Sur Bakery & Restaurant, sits on the Big Sur Affordable Housing Subcommittee, and has been involved in the purchase and sale of numerous properties in Central California over the last decade. Kristi James, Realtor Kristi has been working and serving the real estate community since 1990. She attended De Anza College from 1988 to 1992 where she studied business. In 1992 she earned her California real estate agents license. Kristi' s real estate career includes being the administrative assistant to a top-producing real estate broker, a property manager and a loan officer. She took a break in 2004 to relocate and focus her talents on building and finishing their custom home in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea where she resides with her husband and two children. After completion of this dream project, she was recruited to re-organize and manage the Church of the Wayfarer through a crisis period. Once the objectives were attained, Kristi returned to her passion of real estate and joined the Heinrich Team. |

Grace Koehorst, Team Assistant Grace was born, raised and educated in The Netherlands and came to the United States as an adult. She raised her family in California, received her real estate license and owned and operated her own personnel agency for many years. She has extensive experience in escrow coordination. She is trilingual: Dutch, English and German. In her free time you'll find her reading, watching films, gardening or walking. |

Murray James, Broker Associate/M.B.A. Murray has been serving the real estate industry since 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Investments. Murray has been a Real Estate Broker since 1985 and a General Contractor since 1983. His diverse background includes Residential and Commercial brokerage, Real Estate Development, Property Management and General Building Construction. He owns a Self Storage Brand that he developed in Santa Cruz County called StoreMore America. In addition, Murray has worked in the non-profit world as the CEO of a Foundation that he and his wife Kristi created called The Acorn Project, as a director on two Endowment Committees and as Chairman of the Finance Committee at his church. Murray lives in Carmel-By-The-Sea with his wife Kristi and their two children. When Murray is not working on his many ventures he enjoys running, weight lifting, hot yoga, biking, hiking, wine and music. |
